I made the initial phone call and ***** called me right back and made an appointment for the next day. ******* walked the yard, discussing every detail & what to expect. Then she gave me the free estimate. We decided the work would begin in a couple of days, and they actually arrived early because of the weather. We had to hire another company to finish to job. Showed up on time and did their job is the only reason for the 1 star. The problem is their version or work differs from all other tree companies. They do WAY less for WAY more. Make them do a line item proposal. That was my fault for not requesting it. Bit us.

These guys are great!!!! On Fri. 5-13-22, one of the guy's "not sure if y'all want me to use your name's guy's" Anyway, he came over, identified himself, very polite, casually, nicely dressed, with his clipboard & his phone, for pictures of the work we needed done. He & I walked the yard, discussing every detail & what to expect. Then he gave us our free estimate. After other estimates, We decided to go with LEGENDS Tree Experts. Very Reasonable!!
