I dropped off my car on Saturday at 8 am and everything seemed pleasant. My mechanic was friendly, gave me an off the cuff estimate of 2k for my brake booster repair and said it should be done by end of day and they would call me. If it was going to take longer, I could come in and get a loaner. Fast forward to today. 0 communication on timeline but I did get a text to a link asking to approve 3.5k for repairs. When I came arrived in the service drop off center for my 2005 Toyota Avalon service appointment, Evan Donahue was able to quickly put me in a loaner vehicle when I wasn't able to wait over my lunch break during my service appointment. When I came to pick up my car the next day he had my vehicle keys and repair order receipt ready for me when I arrived.
