I've been extremely disappointed with the service department at this Toyota dealership. I've owned my van for only about a year and a half, and it's had numerous issues that have required multiple service visits. One of the first problems was a door that wouldn't close properly. It took over four separate trips before they finally fixed it correctly. That alone was frustrating, but the ongoing experience has been even worse. Not a very good experience at the service department and won’t be back here. The service adviser was Isiah Turner. They took more time and the complimentary inspection was also not done. Once the work was done the car was also left in the parking lot with the windows rolled down and it had started drizzling. No one bothered to tell me my car was done. There were several employees in the service area and they just kept looking at their phones. The price I was told over the phone was also not what I paid. They added “shop fees... read more

Austin Carr and Brandon were both SO kind and helpful when I was there to buy my first car this weekend!! They made the process so easy, were super chill, and they did not pressure me at all to buy a car. We'd visited two other dealerships the same day and had a terrivle experience where they were super pushy. This location was the very opposite, which is why we'd returned immediately! Thank you both again in helping my husband and me find our new car!!

I can't really say enough good things about this service center. They do great work and are attentive to customers. Good communications between the desk and garage, knowledgeable techs, and timely service. Thank you.
