We were assured the funds were to be in our account and shown as pending on the day of closing. Didn’t happen, yet they were able to close the sale and people could move into our house-and we are waiting days for the funds. They said that they put the funds in a night drop box, which legally you cant do to close a real estate transaction. It’s called the Good Funds law. The doors were locked both times we went there, before the end of business hours so that was a little confusing. I guess there is supposed to be a front desk guy manning the doors.
