Very pleased with Meritage Homes-- our builder Dave, incredibly attentive to details, knowledgeable and very kind to work with. Nelda in the sales office was top notch. Best purchasing process we've had yet, and thoroughly pleased with the home for the price point.
I'll give credit where credit is due - it was a great sales experience. The sales team at Legends Preserve in Daytona Beach was easy to work with, incredibly knowledgeable about their floorplans, options, and the area. Where Meritage Homes falls short - their post-sale service. It's expected that there will be little issues here and there, and they'll be addressed as part of the warranty.
