Excellent gymn always open. Shower room is a bit cramped for showering & changing but many lockers are available outside of the locker area. Very clean & large variety of equipment. The building was formerly a church & is cavernas. The music is a bit loud for my taste but the internet is strong so headphones give you the option of listening to whatever best suite you. Recently an addition was opened which houses day camp for children & other activities. Family friendly.
Love it! The owners are amazing people. The new location has a great layout and the interior design is fantastic. They did a great job! Plenty of parking and the new addition now allows for extra activities like basketball and futsal.
