This store is lovely and clean and I've purchased items from here before and been very satisfied, but this post is a special mention to Hannah Grace (I hope I remembered her name correctly), who saved me from having a lost teen two weeks ago. Extremely rude, felt unwanted. Was on the search for my daughter’s first piece of jewelry. She’s 11. Our deal was we would find something on our trip to Disney the last day. Hollywood being our last park, we stopped in. We have been at the park all day, so I’m sure not looking our best. I walked around forever thinking someone would help. Amy was very rude when we went into purchase charms, waiting about for a while then Amy came & asked do you need anything we then chose which ones then she said ok then just waved her hands to desk to pay, I then pay she then drops the bag in front of me before I could get it & sarcastically says have a nice night loudly. Terrible customer service & I would recommend avoiding Amy if you go here.
