Legends North of Broad is truly a gem in Beaufort, South Carolina. I had the pleasure of living there for several years, and every moment was amazing. The staff genuinely care for the residents, keeping the community clean, well-maintained, and full of Southern charm. It's a classy, peaceful place that blends perfectly with the beauty of Beaufort. I highly recommend living here my only regret is having to leave such a wonderful home!
Best place to live in town. 10/10 for the apartment, community, and staff. Super welcoming and always on top of things. Can’t recommend it enough!
This apartment complex has gone from one of the best in town to being an absolute joke. The residents here are loud and obnoxious, you can find a barking dog in nearly every other apartment and nothing happens about it so you'll just have to endure this for hours on end. The residents leave their garbage in the hall for days on end. Try and reach out to management about it and you get an email saying they cant or wont do anything, i've had them hang up on me before and its just so unprofessional.
