The receptionists here are terrible. They lack empathy and do not try to be helpful at all. We have been coming for 2 years and every time is the same.
Many times I called no one answered
This clinic used to be fantastic, now it is hit or miss. Dr. Abid should be avoided at all costs. She is extremely unprofessional! We attended walk-ins, she ordered an x-ray (completed on the spot in the clinic), and then she refused to give us the x-ray results and told us we'd get them 3 days later (this was for suspected broken bone mind you). Always feel welcome here. Staff are friendly. I've seen Dr. A Albertyn twice for derm stuff and he is excellent and genuine. Glad to know we have a place like this in Warman with great doctors.
Got an appointment for a physical very quickly. At the appointment doctor wouldn’t give me a Pap smear because they changed the age from 22 to 25 years old for recommended Pap smears. So despite me asking for one regardless of the age recommendation the doctor wouldn’t do it. Then during the exam I voiced my concerns about family medical history but was told I was too young to need testing for that, despite the fact I’ve now been diagnosed with said illness.
