Horrible staff!!! Avoid this clinic at all costs if you value your mental health. They are judgmental, arrogant and treat patients like they are beneath them. The front staff lie to protect themselves. They don't give a crap about any patients because they get paid no matter how they treat you or how many patients they see. My experience at this clinic was extremely unprofessional. The receptionists repeatedly interrupted and cut me off while I was speaking, laughed in my face, and displayed rude, dismissive body language. No information was offered unless I specifically asked, which made the visit unnecessarily frustrating. This behaviour was disrespectful and unacceptable in a healthcare center. This clinic needs to have a serious talk about this situation due to me not being the only one to write about this.
