Was great much bigger then bellemont and also a friendlier environment
We stopped in to buy a hat. Ended up buying more. Wanted to use our gift cards but for whatever reason, we couldn't get the cards to process. Kayla was so awesome. She could see we were getting frustrated so she picked her phone and got the problem with the cards resolved. An employee who goes well above and beyond! Excellent customer service!!
Was riding in Arizona with a group and while visiting Williams my ck eng light came on my 2017 SG. Stopped at Grand Canyon Harley and they were unable to look at the bike, but called Legend's in Mayer and spoke with Walker in service. He made an appointment for the bike for the next day. Trailered the bike to Mayer, Az and Walker was able to get the bike in and checked out before the actual appointemnt. Moved to Prescott Valley so this was the closest Harley Dealership to me. Needed a new rear tire and asked them to check the steering neck bearings and a 3 hole oil change. Trevor, the service writer ordered the tire and I showed up on time for my appointment. After the tech took off the tire he found a bearing had gone bad (12,000 miles). Also they said the brake fluid was high in water content so I let them do that as well. Heather, a manager of some sort advised they would have to keep the bike due to no parts and they wo... read more
