Always willing to help, willing to leave you alone. That's kinda nice, when I go there just to work off some frustrations or because I'm pissed as hell about something I don't feel like explaining. Great equipment. Sauna and hot tub round out the experience. Clean place. Clean baths. Good people.

For a gym or any business there is way too much war and America paraphernalia. I’m straight so I don’t like all the at hoorah tug your buddy in the field type symbolism everywhere when I’m trying to exercise
