DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! this is the WORST apartment complex in clarkston. they over charge on rent, have low office staff, and DONT REPORT CRIMINAL ACTIVITY IN THE COMPLEX! my car was broken into MULTIPLE times and eventually stolen. not one message was sent out to the rest of the complex to be aware of their surroundings. they also demand a 30/60 day notice to move out… but still charge you for those 30/60 days. this place is a scam!!!!!! almost $6k just for me to move out on my own terms. 0/10 would NOT recommend living here.... read more
Call themselves pet friendly, but they recently took away one of the dog waste bins. And where there are bins, they are overflowing 80% of the time. I have a list of other problems, but I'll add to this review after I move out. ****Edit to answer Legends of Fox Creek response.***Respectfully regarding your response to the information you are given for the work orders on pest control, I emailed the videos and brought the two videos into the office showing my video pointed at the wall that the pest/animal was in and you can hear it chewing on the wall. Outside of catching the animal myself in the wall, while I was filming I don't know how much more information you needed to check the exterior of the building for entry points or at least put an endosc... read more
This place is full of mold and is next to a trailer park that dumps trash everywhere people dont pick up the dog waste and the company cant keep a management team in the office if I had more common sense I would've never moved in this place idk who makes decisions for the property but they shouldn't be
Ashley and Alisha make a great team and have been SO helpful in explaining all the great amenities and different floorplans and their upgrades!
