My son has lives here. He does not have vaulted ceilings or walk-in closets. Only select units have those, and they cost a lot more. While they have move in specials, they raise the rent substantially every year. The dryer has never worked properly because the main vent that leads out of the apartment has never been cleaned! (not the one behind the dryer, the chase that leads out of the building) this is a fire hazard as well as a financial issue sine you need to run the dryer 5 times to get clothes dry-ish! 0/10 – I would not recommend living here.My experience was extremely disappointing, especially with management First , they want you to bring in the full balance a whole week before moving in and they never answer after! . I received a trash violation notice on my door on a Saturday (a week I didn’t even take out trash because I was barely home) but the issue did not involve me, and when I reached out multiple times (calls and messages), no one followed up or provided any proof, times or pictures though there are ring camera... read more
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! this is the WORST apartment complex in clarkston. they over charge on rent, have low office staff, and DONT REPORT CRIMINAL ACTIVITY IN THE COMPLEX! my car was broken into MULTIPLE times and eventually stolen. not one message was sent out to the rest of the complex to be aware of their surroundings. they also demand a 30/60 day notice to move out… but still charge you for those 30/60 days. this place is a scam!!!!!! almost $6k just for me to move out on my own terms. 0/10 would NOT recommend living here.... read more
Call themselves pet friendly, but they recently took away one of the dog waste bins. And where there are bins, they are overflowing 80% of the time. I have a list of other problems, but I'll add to this review after I move out. ****Edit to answer Legends of Fox Creek response.***Respectfully regarding your response to the information you are given for the work orders on pest control, I emailed the videos and brought the two videos into the office showing my video pointed at the wall that the pest/animal was in and you can hear it chewing on the wall.
