This place is terrible with funds, I applied back in October . I cancelled the same day I was approved because they wanted my move-in cost upfront ( first month and security deposit) 5 days in advance before giving me the keys to my apartment. Ive tried following up every two weeks for my refund of my holding deposit. It is December 16th and still no check . You will not get your security deposit back because they will find something no matter if the place was in a cleaner shape then when you moved in. They got me for carpet. Even though every time someone moved out I always saw them replacing carpet. Not to mention the screws I found in the parking lot because they would just toss the carpet out the window on the second and third stories when they were redoing it. Absolutely the worst place to live, $1717 a month for an “upgraded” spot and it’s literally falling apart, the dishwasher has mold and leaks out the side because they tried drilling a nail to the side so it doesn’t move, the dryer does not dry and you have to do it three times, every single closet door doesn’t open or off the tracks, every single one of my blinds has come off, the people in the office DO NOT CARE AND WILL DO NOTHING FOR YOU BESSDIES TRY TO RIG IT, the pool is constantly closed for “repairs”, it doesn’t feel ... read more
If I could give a half star I would!! They don’t deserve 1 star. Constant constant constant problems. Mice in the house on the second floor. Washing machine louder then my cars music on blast. Dryer isn’t drying. Dishwasher wasn’t even mounted when we got there, and THEY mounted it by using drywall screws through the side incorrectly. Dishwasher is leaking on the floor through the same holes that the drywall screws were placed.
