You will not get your security deposit back because they will find something no matter if the place was in a cleaner shape then when you moved in. They got me for carpet. Absolutely the worst place to live, $1717 a month for an “upgraded” spot and it’s literally falling apart, the dishwasher has mold and leaks out the side because they tried drilling a nail to the side so it doesn’t move, the dryer does not dry and you have to do it three times, every single closet door doesn’t open or off the tracks, every single one of my blinds has come off, the people in the office DO NOT CARE AND WILL DO NOTHING FOR YOU BESSDIES TRY TO RIG IT, the pool is constantly closed for “repairs”, it doesn’t feel ... read more
If I could give a half star I would!! They don’t deserve 1 star. Constant constant constant problems. Mice in the house on the second floor. Washing machine louder then my cars music on blast. Dryer isn’t drying. Dishwasher wasn’t even mounted when we got there, and THEY mounted it by using drywall screws through the side incorrectly. Dishwasher is leaking on the floor through the same holes that the drywall screws were placed. I have lived in this complex for over a year now and the maintenance guys have always been so helpful! They are incredibly nice, quick with their responses to maintenance requests, and they get the job done! I've lived in a handful of other apartment complexes over the years and this is by far the best maintenance service I've experienced.
Apts are updated and Beautiful, Office staff very Friendly, and Maintenance Staff always respond and know how to fix an issue in a timely manner. Wonderful Place to Live!!
