If you are looking to start your fitness journey and have no idea what you are doing, I highly suggest Legends. I started there a few years ago with a 6 week bootcamp, with Cody as the trainer most days. I liked him so much I hired him as my weekly trainer for a full year. He taught me all of the ropes. Because of Cody, I know how to use all of the gym equipment, my intimidation is gone, my form improved and this all made me feel more comfortable out on my own. If anyone is looking for a professional trainer, I have THE guy for you. His name is Cody Caddell. I've been working with Cody for about 2 years. Prior to working with him I suffered a stroke, 2 heart surgeries & was required to get a pacemaker. Cody put together a program tailored for me after hearing my story. His professionalism and guidance were instrumental in helping me achieve my fitness goals.
