I had high expectations regarding the culture here, I will say I was let down. Half the gym staff rarely acknowledge members and don’t have the best attitude. You walk in/ leave and it’s like you’re a ghost. How you treat your clientele represents what you stand for as a gym. Rethinking this membership.
Tried to use a personal trainer at this gym. Was not a good experience. After I broke my leg was told my account would be frozen. Months later saw the were still taking $. Thought after I called,was refunded and told them to cancel my membership that was it. Fast fwd a year and saw$400 was missing from Jan to June. They did refund, but it was difficult and forced me to have to get a new debit card so this doesn't happen again. Just watch your charges
Great local gym that supports our first responders and military veterans.
We had an emergency and asked to wait inside and the staff was so kind and welcoming. Everyone in the gym was happy, energetic and friendly, they also had a lot of space and gym equipment available!
