Update: I went through their website about this error. It was fixed in a timely manner. I will still use Legends. I've always had good experiences here. I usually buy the package buy 4 get one free. I did that two days ago and my receipt says $72 but my card was charged $90. Trying to get this fixed.
If I could leave negative stars, I would. Paid $18 for a car wash that did not dry nor WASH my car. I had to physically dry my WHOLE SUV (Trailblazer), and got nothing but black stuff off of a vehicle that just exited the wash bay. As I can see by other reviews, it's futile to get a refund or a remedy to the situation, so I'll be taking my business to Columbus for an ACTUAL, proper car wash. Avoid this place- or used to be good 5 years ago but the equipment has obviously not been replaced or kept up to a well working order. ... read more
My second time using the car wash. Left some color drips of either the polish or maybe soap. Other than that I was pleased with it.
States open 24/7 but currently 3/8/26 at 7 & 8 am it is not open only 45 degrees F but have seen it open for lower temperatures. Besides the uncertainty of hours great car wash!
