Amazing gym, really focused on teaching the basics and fundamentals. This is not just a boxing gym, it's a club full of amazing people who love boxing and care for their community. Love this place.
I’ve been coming here for almost 4 years now. Jay is a wonderful coach and a great guy. If you want to learn how to fight this is the place to be in Jay Kelly is also a former professional boxer with several matches under his belt.Or if you just want to get a great workout this is the place to be. I can’t explain how much this place has helped me mentally, physically and emotionally. 🥊🥊
Cant say enough about this hidden gem. A safe, inclusive, family oriented gym. I joined after my 15 year old daughter started attending and am hooked. Be it for fitness or for competition this spacious, well equiped, fun gym is the place to be.
