I LOVED going to Legends Boxing in Lehi! I wanted to do an exercise where I felt like I was learning a skill (or really sport) and Legends is perfect for that. Classes - You can either take it as just a fitness class or a way to really learn the sport - I like how it isn’t just a “Instagram” boxing fitness class where you are just going through certain motions (though I’m sure those can be great too) - you really feel like the coaches are giving you feedback to be good at the sport if you decide that is what you want to focu... read more
I can’t recommend Legends Boxing in Lehi enough, especially working with Teya. Their customer service is absolutely top-notch, they truly go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of. The instructors are fantastic at coaching you through each punch and combo, and the class structure balances endurance, cardio, strength, and technique perfectly. It’s a great place to build your skills and get a killer workout!
