Great coaches, great atmosphere very welcoming and willing to train beginners went in for a trial day and loved every second of it coach west was amazing at giving direction and proper demonstration 10/10 will definitely be signing up in the near future
This was my first experience. I looked forward to this for months but never had the time. Today I finally did. Breken the manager was nice and cute. But Gabe the fitness coach who led the free class is sexist and treated me like garbage because I wasn’t on time when the manager sent me the wrong address in the first place!.. I still made it on time at 5 but everyone was already started. It was so embarrassing on multiple occasions and I was there for 20 minutes. Get there 15 minutes early or you are screwed !!!
I wanted to start boxing so I've been looking at places near my new residence so I reached out to this place to take a free class and bring 2 other people who might consider joining with me but the person who contacted me from here had zero interest in even attempting to get 3 new members unless we were "serious" prior to coming. Basically wanted me to promise we would all sign up prior to attending the free class and when I wouldn't lie and say we all 100% would, they turned us away.
