My appointment was confirmed online but the doors were locked when I showed up for my cut at 5:30 PM. I didn’t receive a call to cancel my appointment or anything. Also, I tried calling the number on the door with no answer. Very disappointed since I had to Uber to get there and would not recommend if you want a dependable company.
