I loved how spacious the gym is. I was greeted kindly by the staff but when I asked to be shown around the young man a the reception just said “oh I thought you already knew what we offered since you signed up for the free 7 day trial” I didn’t say anything after that and just felt uncomfortable after that encounter. I was thankfully able to get in my workout in felt great. However I did not sign up for the membership as it’s to expensive and there is no amenities for the bring a friend membership.

I pray that one day the ownership will have the conviction to implement a modesty policy for all members that is fully enforced for the growth of all.

This was my fourth visit, and I’ve previously been able to use a guest pass. Unfortunately, the staff has consistently been unwelcoming. I’m in town for 3 days for work, but they don’t offer a weekly pass—only a $29 day pass. Two visits would cost nearly the same as an entire monthly membership, yet they wouldn’t offer any reasonable short-term option. The gym itself looks great and has excellent equipment, but the customer service and overall management leave a lot to be desired.
