Apartment complex will attempt to scam you out of money months after moving out with outrageous charges after paying a few grand to move out. Gate is permanently broken , security is never on site or available when needed. Mailboxes are not secure. Pool is constantly dirty due to unmonitored children and teens using with no supervision. My apartment smelled like weed for months and attention was brought to leasing office to no avail. Pipes are always getting clogged Have to request maintenance more than a person would like to Management is rude and they don’t seem to have residents best interest. They leave notes on peoples cars about a non parking area but must feel entitled to still park in the same spots themselves. management before was way better then attended to every need . Don’t know why the owners switched up but after 4 years of living here I feel I’m being pushed out.

Would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! We moved in thinking this would be an amazing place here a list of the things we dealt with in 1 year of living here: 1: Needed a $300 deposit for our ESA Animal due to wanting us to register her in Moreno Valley, not Riverside County. We went through the process and were told we would see the $300 after paperwork was turned in, once we sent them the updated information they stated we wouldn’t get the money until move out.
