We moved in thinking this would be an amazing place here a list of the things we dealt with in 1 year of living here: 1: Needed a $300 deposit for our ESA Animal due to wanting us to register her in Moreno Valley, not Riverside County. The office staff are great. But security at night not so great. My car got stolen twice in a month by teenagers and recovered with severe damage. Both times my car was stolen it happened around 1:30 am. I now have a camera in my window and I rarely see the security car drive by. Never had any issues until this past Feb. it’s just a shame because I love my apartment.
You will end up being their property manager, maintenance guy and Security. They can't do anything without messing it up. They don't hold their end of the contract. Had to get the city involved to fix a tub that was leaking. My truck was broken into so many times I stopped reporting it. They did contact me and moving was the best option. They did not resolve any of the issues.
I had to delete my positive review. If you want to get scammed out of money and pay over $300 for no good AC this is your place. Worst experience renting here, we moved in November 2023 and couldnt wait until lease ended we moved out as soon as it ended in November. We are still waiting on our deposit, and every time we call they come up with an excuse, even claiming the gas and electric company charged them our monthly bill because we never paid them, how ridiculous!
