Apartment complex will attempt to scam you out of money months after moving out with outrageous charges after paying a few grand to move out. Gate is permanently broken , security is never on site or available when needed. Mailboxes are not secure. Pool is constantly dirty due to unmonitored children and teens using with no supervision. My apartment smelled like weed for months and attention was brought to leasing office to no avail. Do not rent here
Would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! We moved in thinking this would be an amazing place here a list of the things we dealt with in 1 year of living here: 1: Needed a $300 deposit for our ESA Animal due to wanting us to register her in Moreno Valley, not Riverside County. The office staff are great. But security at night not so great. My car got stolen twice in a month by teenagers and recovered with severe damage. Both times my car was stolen it happened around 1:30 am. I now have a camera in my window and I rarely see the security car drive by. Never had any issues until this past Feb. it’s just a shame because I love my apartment.
You will end up being their property manager, maintenance guy and Security. They can't do anything without messing it up. They don't hold their end of the contract. Had to get the city involved to fix a tub that was leaking. My truck was broken into so many times I stopped reporting it. They did contact me and moving was the best option. They did not resolve any of the issues.
