The people are incredibly friendly, the vibes are badass and the owner is a sweet heart!
Paid for week pass online, completed sign up, downloaded app etc. Wasn't able to access facility using app , not able to get into the location during staffed hours to pick up fob before I leave town. Ok I misunderstood that app won't unlock door, new members need to be during staffed hours only and not just day pass like the website reads. Next visit I'll schedule differently. But they refuse to refund despite not using the gym once.
Great gym. Great environment. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Keep it up!
