have been in store numerouse times.purchased my first and 2nd gun there.staff was freindly let me touch everything .i found them very resourcefull.held a 50 caliber too. willl get 3rdgun in february 2010.
First started by calling that I had 3 guns in a light duty fire box I had lost the key. The person I spoke with said sure bring it by, likely it will just pop open. In half hour I arrived. The man at the register just glared at me. Finally a lady came to me, I explained I called earlier. She started snapping at me. She called me a thief 3 times with this other guy just staring at me. I visited this location on 12-22-15 to purchase an item that is listed on their website as "In Stock" only to be told by a salesman that their inventory at the store has nothing to do with the website and what I'm looking for isn't in stock. Drove 45 minutes to learn that happy fact. My advice is to call these bozos before you drive to their store based on what their website says.
Being pretty knowledgeable about firearms I decided to shop at CSA since I live on the other side of town. I found they have good customer service a great selection of accessories but there prices are high expect to pay 20 to 25% more. Don't think I will be a return customer.
