We are almost done with our treatment and so far my teen experience has been lovely. Staff is very friendly and as a mom on the go sometimes need to reschedule and they help out with no problem.

This location has the worst customer service ever. Dulce is her name and she is rude and has no care for patient care. Talked to her over the phone to schedule my daughter an appointment and she said she can’t be seen because of payment. I explained to her that her bill has been paid in full and she treated me on the phone like I was lying. After she researched she came back on the phone and said she was able to schedule her.
