Refuse to answer a phone call. Pathetic business
As a former employee, I must warn anyone thinking about working for Scott and Lindsay Mahin. They do not keep their word on payroll they consistently miss paydays telling you they’re gonna run two paychecks next week and they do not instead you are giving lip service, which does not ever get fulfilled. This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for they do business under urban auto recovery, Legendary, towing and recovery, Legendary, towing, and Legendary. I've heard they were a decent company by someone who's used their services. I understand people are going to be mad about having their car repossessed for falling behind, these are hard times. I'm one of them, hoping they are priced fairly and I can get my vehicle when they open without any issues. I'll keep this updated...
While it wasn’t the most pleasant reason why I worked with them or they picked my vehicle up in the middle of the night, they were easy to work with once my issue was resolved and quick and polite when retrieving my car.
This place works for/with Westlake Portfolio Management and have twice “repossessed” my car for them. The kicker? The first time I hadn’t missed a single payment and the second time I OWNED THE CAR OUTRIGHT. And the woman did not care and just said they have to go off the paper work. She did tell me good luck however they are just as bad as the criminals at Westlake if they continue to work with them knowing that they are illegally repossessing vehicles.
