While receiving services at this establishment the nail tech named Veronica scratched my Samsung watch deeply with the electronic nail file. Instead of being apologetic and trying to determine the best way to remedy the situation she immediately got an attitude and started acting like I was trying to steal something from her. When I attempted to talk to the manager he then acted the same way and said he would call the cops.
