Excellent selection of cars and staff easy to deal with however when I returned to collect car i had purchased I drove off the lot with an empty tank and key fob battery low in one key and no battery in the other. I also did not realise being a Jap import it needs a radio expander and also maps display doesn’t work/ not compatible.
Bought a Honda CRV from Carl a few weeks back, you never know what you will get with dealerships. Take it from me, you won’t find a more honest, fair & personable owner like this guy. I raised a couple issues I had with the vehicle and with no hesitation he called in a favour to have it fixed within 2 hours, free of charge. Will definitely be recommending to friends & family
