Would give them 6 stars if I could! If you're going to buy a boat, GO TO LEGENDARY MARINE GULF SHORE!! You won't find a nicer and more helpful group of folks. From Miss Joanna at the reception desk to the sales staff (Ryan Boudreaux was our sales person and he was fantastic!) to management, everyone was easy to work with and they made us a great deal on our boat... which we are absolutely loving! Seriously, go see these folks if you're looking to buy a boat.
Sadly they were super nice up to, at the purchase, and shortly there after. However, service on warranty issues is 100% non existent and completely non-responsive. We have been trying to schedule service since March and it is now September. No responses to texts or voicemails. Very disappointed.
Sales process was good/easy. Service after the sale is nearly impossible. I’ve been trying to get service on some warranty squawks for more than 4 months with hardly a returned call. Even my salesman, who is pretty responsive, couldn’t get service to return my calls. I even asked if there was anywhere else that I could get warranty work done, but they didn’t respond.
My wife and I flew in from Texas to purchase our very first family/fishing boat from Justin "Bubba" Lee. The service experience he delivered was incredible from the moment I inquired about a particular boat to when we departed Alabama and even afterwards. Bubba went above and beyond and found us our dream boat from a sister store and had it delivered from New Jersey. I had a great experience. Chris LaBrode was my salesman and from start to finish was AWESOME. He made sure all my questions were answered and that everything was lined up for the process. Even checked in on my multiple times after to ensure I was happy and didn’t have any questions. 10/10 recommend him for your next boat purchase. The dealership overall is great.
