I contacted this company for a quote on landscaping, an extensive project for my property. They sent someone to give me a quote and then never followed up! Do companies have that much business that they don't need to write back to people? I even followed up to request an update and no one replied. They will not be getting my business and others should take it as a red flag that even bigger projects won't get the time of day with this company.
