We absolutely love our Legendary Home! Our experience was both fun and positive, and the quality of the home truly exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, the customer service provided by Matt and Josh has been outstanding. They were attentive, professional, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier with our new home!
We used Legendary Homes for a tear and new build in Indian Hill. My overall grade for LH ....an A+. They were the perfect professionals throughout. In every category (quality of work, project schedule, change management, communication, creative ideas, etc.) they were amazing. My wife and I have many friends who have had horror stories with other builders....believe me the builder you pick really matters. You can't go wrong with Legendary.
Matt builds a great house. The process from start to finish is well outlined, transparent and clearly communicated, resulting in a very positive experience for the new homeowner. The floor plans, finishes and materials are well curated. Matt has done an excellent job of delivering a superior product and fantastic customer service.
