We experienced white glove service with Legendary. They demonstrated professional and skill throughout the entire process. We were able to customize one of their models to meet our unique needs both from a lot size and personal preference. We were able to make several facility visits for drawing and color reviews as well as seeing progression of our build. The team lead by Shannon and engineering by Milan, was responsive and patient with us throughout. The Project build was delivered on time and with precision. They worke... read more
We built a custom house with the Legendary Group and had an excellent experience with the legendary team. The quality of the product is superb and the team had the house up in under 3 days (after building foundation and sub floor). After 2 years - the house has been performing well with no issues. The prefab process is effective and efficient and I would recommend Legendary to anyone building a new house. Cheers,

The quality of craftsmanship is truly impressive—every beam, finish, and custom feature was executed with precision and care. The team maintained excellent commun... read more
