I am very happy living here the apartment is everything I wanted it to be. I am, however very disappointed in the barbecue situation. I’ve been asking for more than three months now for the barbecue to be serviced and repaired to no avail it seems like nobody is interested in getting this problem fixed
I have lived in this apartment for many years, so I believe I am qualified to write this review. Ruben is an excellent maintenance technician. Every time I submit a request, he responds very quickly. He always has a positive attitude, works hard, and is very friendly. He also makes sure every job is done really well. One time, I submitted a request at midnight, and Ruben arrived at our home by 10 AM the next morning. I’ve been living here for almost 2 year], and I’m impressed with the new management and maintenance services. Management: The new team is friendly and willing to help. They respond quickly to inquiries and keep residents well-informed about updates, community events, and any upcoming changes. The worst place ever . This shit started at 6am. It’s 10am now and nobody from building management ever comes and takes care of this. Children crying. Elder people shocked. It’s the same torture as it was 2 months ago at 2am thru whole night…. They even did not excuse for all that mess…. Worst place. Don’t come here. Management is arrogant and rude.
