Absolutely terrible experience. I booked an appointment, showed up on time, and the barber never showed. No call, no text, no apology, just a complete waste of my time. The level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable. Some of the barbers seem to get an ego the moment they start working here and act like customers’ time doesn’t matter. If you can’t honor appointments or communicate with your clients, you shouldn’t be taking bookings in the first place. There are plenty of barber shops that actually respect their customers.
