Business said it opens at 7am, arrived after 8am doors locked. Called business number and the person sounded annoyed. Very disappointed
Jermaine used to cut my son's hair good every time until he got into a moody funk. Looking back, I think he might have gotten irritated with us constantly coming in as walk-ins, but never once communicated how to properly make an appointment or use the "in the cut" app. At that time I assumed it was first come first serve just like the barbershops I went to as a kid. Oh well, Sean at Set Apart Barbershop explained exactly how make appointments with him and we've been going to him ever since.
