I've found an awesome carpet cleaning professional and am now a loyal customer. Great customer service and communication. He was even able to come an hour earlier than originally scheduled. Quentin was very prompt and professional. He came in, reviewed the job to be done and got right to it. My carpets look brand new and so does my furniture. There also was no extreme long wait time for it all to dry. He's now my go to.
Quentin was thorough, careful around our furniture and walls, and our carpets look fantastic! He also successfully removed a couple of spots. We like using a locally-owned business and will definitely be repeat customers.
