Beware of Michael/Legend Woodcraft. He took a roughly $5,000 deposit in December of 2022, has not delivered anything, and started ghosting me a couple of months back. After months of not working on my project, I had to get my attorney involved to send a refund demand letter, which he's also ignored. I've been very understanding, but the fact that Michael hasn't responded to texts, calls, or emails after failing to show up to multiple meetings he agreed to (each with an excuse), has been super frustrating. BEAUTIFUL CRAFTMANSHIP AND AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I had the absolute best experience working with Michael to have a custom river table made. Not only was the table just absolutely beautiful. It is extremely sturdy and well built, and of excellent quality. It will be a forever piece, an heirloom piece for generations to come. The design process can be tedious and a lot of decisions to be made but Michael makes it so easy . I have been telling everyone about my wonderful experience and beautiful table!!
Michael and his team did an awesome job. They kept us informed throughout the process. Our tabletop was completed and installed on schedule and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Legend Woodcrafts.
Michael is a true craftsman! My husband and I brought a slab of wood that my Father held on to over the years and Michael designed a mantle and accent shelves, he brought this dusty old wood to life and it’s gorgeous! I love this story, and so did Michael! I also, had Michael design a black walnut desk top that is gorgeous, I can’t stop staring at it!
