Accept returns when your poor salesmanship sells someone something you know they didn't need, or was incompatible with what they requested. More training of what the store personnel is selling would also help (doesn't even know there is a current spec on the chargers? really??), as opposed to allowing the customer to dangle in the midst of confusion partly caused by the management's lack of knowledge and expertise.
RecommendedI’ve been to a lot of vape stores but this one was awesome and super unique they make all their own vape juice and were super knowledgeable I found out the owners first opened up in Florida after meeting the owner of the 1st Vape shop in America! A guy from the uk back in 2007! Then moved back to Ohio & opened the 1st Vape shop in Ohio super educational I know 😂 but they have tons and tons of flavors available it’s the only vape shop I’ll ever go to again!

I bought vape juice from here. They said itll taste good even with my mg of nicotine. It tastes like complete crap. I called and told them and the lady told me my fault. Dont but the pumpkin spice. Will never be back!
