I was unfortunate to buy 2 condos in Villa Bella on El Camino. Over the last 2 years, residents kept reporting issues such as rain water leaks in their unit, defective door locks and more. Recently all residents had to evacuate as defective structural issues may cause the whole building to collapse, it’s unreal and many lawsuits should follow. Never buy anything from these charlatans ever again.
I've lived here for 1.5 years and it's been a total nightmare. Legend USA is the worst developer ever. We’ve been complaining for over a year about constant leaks and toxic mold, but they just ignore us. You can literally see rusted rebar coming through the cracked concrete in the garage. They don’t care about our safety at all. They just take your money and disappear when the building starts falling apart. Stay away from any of their projects!
Great building and modern furnishings. Amenities and public spaces are exceptionally well-maintained.
