As an owner and resident of the newly constructed Villa Bella in Santa Clara, I was initially drawn to the complex's modern and appealing exterior. However, my experience with the developer, Legend USA, has been less than satisfactory, particularly concerning maintenance issues and follow-up on requests. I am a buyer at Villa Bella, and found the new construction very appealing with such great amenities and units. However, Legend USA have tremendously delayed handling issues in our building, ranging from leaks in the building to unfinished rooms/construction. We really want to believe they will do the right thing and address these issues, which should have been resolved ahead of time as part of the new condition construction.
