Terrible service. Rented for nearly 2 years. Office on-site is a plumbing company. Batteries in units are not maintained and you get locked out frequently. Every phone number on site or on the website goes to an out of country call center that doesn’t have this location in its system. They calling them before your rent. Don’t do it online.
Easy to get into when the app works, but pray you don't have an issue or they will screw it all up with red tape. I do not recommend it, buy a lock and get a place that has a real person you can talk to instead of having to call in to hopefully get access after a few hours.
Very convenient access, easy to share with others if needed, great location.
Love these guys very friendly and easy to work with love that it is 24 hr accessable,gated and has security cameras. I was able to book and rent all online and it was supper easy I would highly recommend renting with them to everyone I know .
