I think this is the worst lab ever the way they deliver results and tax more if you want them to do basic math and include it in the COA. Take your business elsewhere like KCA for example. They won't upcharge you for potency testing.
Submitted a plaster sample for asbestos testing and got results back next day. Great customer service.
Corey responded to my website inquiry quickly and was helpful in answering all questions I had. Drop-off was simple and pricing was extremely reasonable - even for expedited testing. Got the results back in a timely fashion. Great service. Will be using them for any future testing needed.
