Legend of Mansfield is an amazing facility for memory and elder care. You can tell that they love their clients and take every opportunity to promote healthy and engaging activities. As someone who is constantly in touch with clients here, I would not hesitate to have my own family member cared for here.

The staff and management team have been amazing caring for my husband in memory care. There was absolutely no way I could continue providing the level of care he requested. They are extremely tentative and in tune with his needs and work closely with me to make adjustments as needed. The team has been a huge blessing to both him and myself.

Do not feel safe leaving my mom there. They have already lost some of her clothes. And no one takes responsibility for this. Mom has talked to others whose clothes were lost also. For what she pays food should be better. A nurse went into her room within 2 weeks of me leaving. Took her meds from another Dr. And suddenly said she wasn't capable of taking her own when she is. Just a money maker to charge 500.00 more. They violated her rights and laws as a sound minded individual. . Will be calling every agency possible to get ... read more

Went to visit one of our Sunday School ladies in their locker down unit. I was very impressed by the cleanliness and the kind staff! The had many activities available for the people to do. I'd highly recommend this facility. Pam Miller

As a licensed mastered social worker working in healthcare for the last 35 years, I can attest this community is the best. The care, compassion and professionalism is spectacular. I encourage everyone to visit and see for yourself.
