I had to cancel due to having the flu. I paid my deposit. Her immature behavior and messages made me glad I didn't let her touch my locs. There's a certain decorum a business owner should have and she clearly does NOT have "it". Her energy, personality is lacking at best. If I could rate her zero stars, I sure would.
