They responded and deleated my post so I guess I am right! We had an appointment and arrived and while we were choosing our polish they told us to hurry because they had a busy day. There was only 1 client there. When we said we only wanted basic mani/pedis they kinda snubbed us. Bao & Kim are the best! They use the best products and do a top notch job. To get the same quality service, you will most definitely be paying much more. Love that everyone there is down to earth and non-pretentious, but professional. Guarantee you will go nowhere else!
