Poor company all the way around!
I bought a home in 2020 in Adelaide and one year after warranty on labor expires every thing is falling apart the air condition the stair case the hot water heater the bathroom leak to the kitchen down stairs and I have to come out of my pocket for labor what is really going on with this builder and workmanship don't but from this builder
IF YOU VALUE YOUR INVESTMENT DON'T BUY LEGEND. I had to persist and fight to get them to honor the warranty, when problem after problem persisted the company blew me off and didn't correct the problems.Legend builders are the best examples of unprofessional workmanship. The quality of the material is poor and the customer service is worst. The sheetrock is buckling, nail heads are coming up, roof leaking (builder didn't bother to seal the flashing), second floor is collapsing and flooring is uneven.
