I'm very much dissatisfied with performance of my account manager Mr. Brian Gordon. During the almost two years he didn't manage my account to achieve set forth and agreed in advance my financial goals. Every time I inquired about under-performance of the accounts the only explanation I heard was - it is the market fluctuation.
