Partner had a booking at 12pm, shops closed even though they’re supposed to open at 9am. No communication of being closed or cancellation and phone number doesn’t work. Scam, avoid this place at all costs, wish we checked the reviews first and we would’ve known to not come here.
Good haircuts? Ha! They're a rare sight here, only when they bother to actually deliver. This place is the epitome of unprofessionalism. My first visit involved being coerced into a sketchy money transfer to the barber instead of a simple card payment. Another time, I showed up without an appointment for a supposed walk-in, only to find them closed tight, despite their advertised opening hours. And today, for my 10:45am appointment? Silence.
