Looked this place up online and drove over there to have lunch based on its online hours. When we got there it was closed with no posted hours of business. We wasted our time driving there just to see no one working inside. At least have some responsibility to communicate to potential customers that you’re temporarily closed for one reason or another.

We stopped in for lunch around noon on a quiet Thursday. The space was clean, open, and comfortable. Henry, the chef, was both welcoming and impressively efficient. We ordered the chicken cutlet meal and the beef noodle soup. The chicken was cooked beautifully, light, crispy, and not greasy at all. The beef noodle soup leaned more Taiwanese in style, with a lighter broth than I usually prefer, but the meat was tender and well seasoned.
