Product is rubbish. Owners are rude, arrogant and when challenged about their product, they behave like they are the victim and will tell you how it is your fault ! they are not to be trusted, we have notice other bad reviews on site like Product review and Yelp
The van has too many faults to list. Faulty wiring, scratches on the outside, scratches in the floor and leather, leaking windows. Clearly no quality checking is done. Just take your money and push the van out the door. As for Warranty, forget about it if you are on the other side of the country. Stay away from this company or you will be sorry.

We have had a few warranty issues with our caravan, the main issue being with the front toolbox. This product seems to be poorly manufactured as hairline cracks have appeared in the folds. They make excuses and then blame us, the customer, for these issues, saying that it must be the way we use our caravan!They are refusing to answer or return phone calls or emails. If you buy one of these caravans, be warned that warranty does not exist! We have had to seek repairs at our own expense! What a joke!
