When I showed up with serious rock collision damage to my 30 hp Mercury engine, which I enjoy so much,at Duhamel and Dewar’s in Lively, I was greeted by a courteous friendly staff. Within minutes Rob was outside with me checking out the damage. One good handshake and a guarantee of having the motor repaired quickly turned out to be honest. The girls at the service counters were excellent to deal with and everyone was in a pleasant mood! Great experience for sure
Has to be the best boat dealership in sudbury, My girlfriend and I spent a couple months looking for a boat where most of the other dealerships would brush us off quite quickly, Jeremy at legend here rally stepped up and took the time to show us a lot of different options. Buying process was super straight forward and all questions where answered quickly, and we saved a few bucks! Service team is great also. Everyone is very personable and professional. I'm happy to be apart of the Legend family!
Had ongoing issues with my boat... And when called service... Wanted me to bring it back for them to fix the ongoing issue... But that's a 4hr round trip..... There mechanic Aaron Mabee,volunteeed his time and gas and drove out to where my boat was docked and fixed the issue at no charge. Excellent service by Aaron. Very appreciated.
I made the error of driving my boat onto a rock and did some significant damage to it. The insurance company suggested Legend boats for appraisal on damage. Legend stepped up on my non Legend boat to do a professional assessment of the damage and communicated the information to my insurance company that was reluctant to hear the bad news. In the end the boat is written off and Legend staff saved my summer and the insurance company from going down the path of repairing the boat.
