While Sergio is amazing and was helpful, my overall experiance with this bank ended up terrible. I had the account for several weeks, I had'nt even had enough time to set up direct deposit. I had a few transactions. Two outgoing faxes I sent to myself at coinbase. i did these in person in the bank I recieved a fax that I withdrew to pay a loan off. Also, did this in person, in the bank. This bank is starting to be a joke.I do not recommend!!! Sorry you couldn't accommodate... lol! All this time you ha e been able to help with the issue i had today, every month. Suddenly yall tell me no! Yeah, real good customer service!! Lol!! Like I said... bank is getting worse and worse!
Personal banking at Legend might be ok, BUT when it comes to business banking, they don’t have a clue what they're doing. I have never seen a business banking department SO inept and incompetent in handing simple matters. If you value your business and your time, I would seriously consider other options for business banking!
