After having to wait for an opportune time to leave my Jetta here for service, I’m HIGHLY disappointed and would NOT recommend this service center to anyone. For weeks, they claimed they were ‘backed up’ and it would take a couple of days to even get to my car. All my car needed was to simply replace a loose cover part underneath it.
