Had a wonderful experience at Legend Volkswagen. I was there to support my 22 year old son purchase his first car. I’ve leased for the last 20 years . It was just easier than dealing with shyster salesman. I prepared my son for the worst. Wow. What a surprise. Our salesman Brad Drexler was completely the opposite from my prior experiences. There is definitely a reason he has been employed there for so many years . Brad, thank you for being a true professional and making my son’s first deal a great one . He’s spoiled!!😂

Could not have been better!! Even though my car is a 2015, it operates better than ever & looks brand new, like it just came ‘off the line’ (Guys) Thank you very much!!! And, Heather, You were fantastic, you treated me as if I was a relative…(Lovya & 🙏thank you)

Terrible service. I left my car all day from 7:30 am.. they didn’t look at till 4:30. There was a gentleman waiting on his car since 1:00 pm for an oil change and inspection. At 5 pm we were both still waiting

My service advisor Claudine was outstanding - she puts herself in the shoes of the customer and thinks like a business person, a rare quality among service advisors. This also speaks well of the dealership. I would go out of my way to bring my vw here because of her.
