For our family, Legend at Council Road was a scary and very disappointing experience. If we could go back in time, there’s no way we’d ever leave Dad in their care. Their 2 head nurses, at the time, and their sales/marketing manager did an assessment of Dad while he was in rehab for a broken hip. Previously that year, he had a stroke. So, an 88-year-old debilitated from a stroke and now a broken hip, Dad needed a lot of care.
