I've been the HCD at Capital Ridge since June 2025 and felt welcomed from day one and the support I receive from Corporate is amazing, especially Ashley! In the short time I've been here it has been a pleasure to watch our team grow and our residents blossom and I look forward to it getting better with each passing day!
I've been working as the Health Care Director here for almost a month and can't express enough how impressed I am with the staff here who have not only made me feel welcome and helped ease me into my new role but have shown such patience and compassion for our residents.
